What is the status of my order?
Your order status may be viewed from Your Account. See below for a list of order status terms and what they mean.
Processing - Your order has been placed and we are preparing it for shipment. When an order is processed, the card was charged and your order was sent to the shipping department for shipment.
Complete - Once your order has been shipped, your order will show a 'complete' status. During this time, your package has departed from our shipping department and is on its way to you!
My shipment must be lost
If you believe your package may be late or arrived at an incorrect address, you may visit Your Account to see your latest tracking information for your order. If your package was shipped through the US Postal Service and has not been delivered by the fourteenth day after shipment, it is considered lost and will be reshipped. Reshipments are done only after customer address verification.
An item is missing from my shipment
We offer a 100% Order Guarantee. If your confirmation e-mail and your packing slip indicate that you ordered an item that you did not receive, you can contact our Customer Service Department and notify us of the error. Once our Customer Service Department is notified of the error, the appropriate actions will be taken to amend the error.
I was shipped the wrong item

If your confirmation e-mail and packing slip indicate that you ordered an item that you did not receive, you can contact our Customer Service Department and notify them of the error. Once our Customer Service Department is notified of the error, you will be sent packaging materials and return postage to return the incorrect items. We will cover all shipping costs to replace the item and even refund your shipping if we are at fault.
