When will my order ship and how can I check the status?

Most in-stock products ship within 24 - 48 hours, Monday - Friday. If you ordered a pre-order item your order will ship simultaneously when the last pre-order item is made available.

You may view your order status at any time by visiting Your Account and clicking on the links located under Orders & Tracking.

Can I ship a package overnight?

Yes you can! We offer 1 day & 2 day shipping options for your convenience. These are transit times and do not represent the amount of time from order placement to package arrival. All in stock items are usually shipped within 24-48 hours of order placement. Any item that may be on backorder or out of print will not be available for immediate shipping.

When will my pre-order item ship?

If you have placed an order that includes a pre-ordered item, (meaning the item releases at a later date than the date on which you ordered) then your pre-order will ship when the new release product is received in our shipping facility..

When will my backordered item ship?

Our stock levels can fluctuate dramatically from day to day. Occasionally an item is placed on backorder status through our systems. This means that the specific product is not currently available from the manufacturer.

If you have ordered an item that is on backorder status, one of our Customer Service representatives will send you an e-mail informing you of the delay in shipment. Any other products on your order that are in stock at the time will be shipped immediately. We will also do our best to keep you informed of the new expected ship date of the backordered item as the information is provided to us.

I want to ship my order internationally, but the system wont let me?

Certain products that are manufactured by "EMI" are not available to be shipped internationally due to EMI export restrictions. You may choose to ship internationally any products that are not manufactured by EMI. How do I tell if the product I want is distributed by EMI? All EMI products are noted as distributed by EMI under the "Distributed by" section on all product detail pages.
