I am having trouble signing into my account
If you cannot remember the e-mail address or password you used to create Your Account, contact our Customer Service Department. You will be reminded of your e-mail address and password once you verify your information.
I am having trouble staying signed in
If you cannot stay signed into Your Account, it may be a result of one of the following:
Two people signed in: When two people are signed in under one username (e-mail address). Make sure you did not forget to close a previous session on another computer.
Cookie settings: 'Cookies' are files that your Web browser places on your computer to help with identifying a user. Like many Web sites, we use 'cookies,' to obtain certain types of information when you visit our website. 'Cookies' help our customers throughout their visit to our site especially during checkout. Deleting your cookies set by your browser is quick, easy and safe. Simply go into the browser, if you are using Internet Explorer, click on Tools then Internet Options and then click Delete Cookies. A question confirming the deletion will appear, click yes. You also need to delete the second box as well, that simply says Delete Files. To help speed up your computer, you may also delete your offline files as well.
I can't keep items in my shopping cart
