Pretty good little cd July 16th, 2004 Reviewer: Eric from Texas This cd doesn't occupy too much of my cd player's time, but I still love to listen to it. One Of Third Days Best July 16th, 2004 Reviewer: Phillip from San Antonio Third Day takes the momentum from their Offerings Experience cd and just keeps on going with the Come Together album. With their great southern rock sound and Mac's great Georgian vocals Third Day has put together one of their best albums to date. You get a few different sounds in this cd. You get the southern rock style that has come to define Third Day in songs like "Come Together", "40 Days", and "Get On". To top it off you also get a few worship songs like "Show Me Your Glory", and "Nothing Compares". This is a must own for Third Day fans. Was this review helpful to you? Another great album from 3D! October 1st, 2004 Reviewer: Ron from Du Quoin, IL Third Day followed the platinum success of their worship album Offerings with Come Together. This album was the product of an 18-month long process and projects the theme of Christians putting aside their denominational differences and "coming together" as a unified body of Christ, obeying His command to "love one another." Back at the production helm is Monroe Jones, who has produced 3D since the Time album. My overall favorite song on CT is "Still Listening," about opening one's heart to hear God's voice for direction in our lives, and how we often listen expecting to hear a mighty shout when He is actually whispering to us. Some other great tracks include the title track, "40 Days," "Show Me Your Glory," "Get On," "I Don't Know" & "Nothing Compares." Come Together is another great album from Third Day--one that I always keep closeby to listen to either at home or in the car. Was this review helpful to you? Stuffed with radio hits (like "Come Together" and "Show Me Your Glory") and other deep cuts which remain my "secret" favorites (like "My Heart" and "when The Rain Comes") this CD will always have a prized position in your collection.
