Okay folks, this one you NEED to add to your collection of Gaither Homecoming CDs. This TRULY contains southern gospel's classic performers singing some of their classic songs. Wally Varner tears up the piano like NO ONE you've EVER see. This CD has James Blackwood, JD Sumner, Hovie Lister, Jake Hess, The Speers, Glen Payne and George of the Cathedral Quartet, Dottie Rambo, The Florida Boys, the Weatherfords, Howard & Vestal Goodman, the Downings, and many more. If you miss this one...you MISSED it!

Homecoming

This was the first Bill Gaither Homecoming project. It features the Gaither Vocal Band, but does also include vocal guest such as: Vestal Goodman, Jake Hess, JD Sumner, James Blackwood, The Speer Family, Larry Gatlin, Jim Hill, Hovie Lister, and others. This CD is what kicked off the Gaither Homecoming projects that have sold in the millions worldwide, not to include all of the Gaither videos shown on television, plus the Homecoming concerts internationally.

I was there for this live video and audio recording which was taped for television broadcast. It was recorded in Fort Worth, TX to a sold out crowd. It features folks like Bill & Gloria Gaither, Jake Hess, the Happy Goodmans, JD Sumner & The Stamps Quartet, James Blackwood, Hovie Lister, the Speers, Jessie Dixon, Anthony Burger, The Martins, Ivan Parker, and even football legend Terry Bradshaw on a song!!! I'll tell you, what an unforgettable evening that was. I'm so glad it was well captured on this CD to enjoy over and over again. You will NOT be sorry when you purchase this CD for a time of joy, celebration and praise featuring great gospel songs done by outstanding performers.
