I went to see Kirk Franklin, Donnie McClurkin and Yolanda Adams when their tour came through my city. I bought the DVD at the concert after being dissappointed that he did not perform 'Hosanna'. It cost me $25 there but, it is some of the best $$ I have spent in my life. My wife and twin(18 months) daughters love this DVD and can't get enough of it. for the twins it's better than sesame street and cartoons. They sit at full attention and watch this little man in a white suit go all over the place with good music.
This is a must buy for any and all christians that love this style of music and even some that usually don't. you may be surprised at the words and hopefully even the music as it has wide range.

This is just an amazing CD. If you're going to get a Kirk Franklin CD, this is the one to get. I bought it for the song "Brighter Day," and I may listen to that song less than any other on the CD. Not that Brighter Day isn't a great song, but this CD is chock full of touching, inspiring, and downright awesome music. From beggining to end, this CD delivers, period.

I absolutely love this man's music. He is one of the most talented TALENTED producers out. He brings gospel music to another level in a way that no one else has done before. I didn't think he could get any better than his last cd which was awesome, but the rebirth of kirk franklin is amazing. The songs were very well arranged and produced, spiritual and souful. Kirk Franklin is just brilliant. That's all I can say. There is no stopping him. He's the best!

If you do not have the CD then you're missing something extraordinary. The Anointing from this album is focused on reaching those who need a real walk with Jesus. Kirk is geared to drawing in the people who need to realize that Jesus truly is resurrected and with all power. As Kirk continues to lift Him up, ALL men will be drawn unto the savior without religion and with pure salvation!

This cd was a great recording of a great live concert. As the one of the turning point of Kirk's life played on track one, the scene was being set for the songs to flow from the stage to each audience member and better yet the cd listeners. I love the cd mostly because of the music and production; Kirk and the singers were the icing on the cake. If u are a big fan of kirk, you'll this album; it gives you the feel of being at the live recording.

I'll put it this way...I've got all the CDs he's done...with God's Property, with Nu Nation, with the Family, everything including the soundtrack to a movie, can't remember the name of the movie now, in which he wrote almost all the songs...
What I can tell you abt the new coming CD is it's definitely going to be a blessing. I've already pre-order mine and cant' wait to get my hands on it and it comes out 2 days after my birthday...wat a nice blessing for me.

Kirk Franklins CD Hero, is magnificent. It takes you on a spiritual high. It has something for everyone. It also features Tye Tribbett, J Moss, Yolanda Adams, and Fred Hammond. Whenever I need ecouragement I can pop in this CD and I know I can find an encouraging message in one of his songs. I recommend if you dont have this CD you should have it because this is one of the best gospel CD out now.

Listen man, this is no ordinary album. With every release, Kirk just keeps getting better and better. I cant get enough of this guy. The great and different part of this album is the poem at the end of the Cd. This is really diffreent and that is what i love about Kirk. He is not monotonous but is always seeking new ways to perfect his craft with his versatility. Nuff thumbs up, Kirk. Love the Hero in you.

Wow! It is nice to have a CD that points to Jesus while sounding good. I like that it is real and not sugar coated. This CD puts into words some of what my soul is trying to say to Jesus while I am worshiping Him. Thank you Kirk for being real in this CD. Thanks for being true to Jesus! It is Him that we live for. And no matter what anyone else says stay true to Jesus and you will bless others.

the album ministers to my soul, it remainds me that God is still there waiting for me even when i delay.
then there one particular song i really enjoy, which talks about being out there doing your own thing, but when you messup thinking you are worthy to be in his presence. thus when God embrances you and calls you his son and daugter.
in all this album talks about my life, like what i have gone through, what i have done it is related to this CD.i also thank God for kirkfanklin coz he always sings about his personal life and it easy for to relate to that it really helps me as a young person.
