This girl is awsome. The entire album is beautiful. Scince I don't listen to any secular stuff I have been waiting for Avril style Pop ti hit the christian charts. when I heard the song "The Way To Begin" I was blow away. I couldn't help wondering when the album would come out and now the news is finally here. So don't resist pick out your copy today.

I've been waiting for this album for over a month. I received it today and am very impressed. It's about time someone released Christian equivalent (if you can even call it that) to the punk rock style of Avril. Great music, an incredible story behind the lyrics, what more could you ask for? I have already ordered a copy for a friend halfway across the country.

I pre-ordered this CD at a Day of Fire Concert she opened for. I couldn't really understand her lyrics since the sound system wasn't very clear, but the music sounded good and she had a very sincere and down to earth spirit. When I opened the CD up and listened to it a couple days ago, man was I excited! I was aware of some of Krystal's songs such as "Anticonformity", but I didn't expect such a powerful and heart grasping song as "Lovely Traces" from a sixteen year-old . I can't pull my ears away from her music and really appreciate her lyrics and their depth and truth. Even my kids are dancing with me ;-)

While she has been compared to Avril, it should be the other way around. I like Avril's music, but Krystal's voice blows her away. She is definately the hottest new artist in Christian Music; with the potential to change lives with her example of "not conforming to the world, but being conformed to the image of Christ". If you love rockin' music and uplifting lyrics then this is a must have cd.

This CD is awesome! Her vocals disown her as a 16 year old .
She has the grit like Sarah Kelly and the rock of like Pillar! Her songs are honest and thought provoking all the while so honest that they make you laugh! So this CD is definetly a must for any music fan!

Songwriting is great--I can relate a lot to it! The guitars range from swift and "rock-poppy" to sweet and mellow! Krystal's voice is very mature and it's hard to imagine that she's the same age as me. :)
If you're looking for music with a strong foundation on searching a home in God instead of the this world, Krystal's music is for you!

I never have listened to secular music ever. So I never heard avril's music. Maybe once for a song used on a show. But Krystal rocks way more than any of her similar artists can! She is a sweet 16 year old on fire for God girl. This cd is a must buy, I can't put it down! "Lovely Traces" definetly speaks to you greatly, as well as each song does in a different individual way. This rocks my socks! Worth buying. ;)

I wasn't sure what to expect with this CD, but any expectations I had were blown away! The CD starts off with a bang (the radio hit "The Way to Begin" - a powerful song of surrender) and will keep you banging your head the whole way through. Krystal's vocals are amazingly strong and the music is fresh. The lyrics are fairly well-written - certainly wonderful messages from a 16-year-old, and only a little weak in some areas, but the weak spots hardly detract from the message. Why compare Krystal to anyone when her faith and music set her apart?

Even though i'm a junior in college i love her music! I've been a christian for 10 years and i started listening to christian music about 2 years ago. I had heard her first single and fell in love with it! Her songs have great meaning and I think many teens can relate to it. Her songs have great messages. And her sound is amazing! I can't believe shes only 16! If your thinking about buying her cd you should definately buy it! Its worth the money!

I'm not a real fan of the whole buy-a-cd-that-i-have-no-idea-what-i'm-listening-to thing, but I heard Krystal Myers' song on the radio, "The Way To Begin". I liked it alot and decided to give the rest of the cd a try. It was the best thing I could have done! She's awesome! Every song on the cd has powerful lyrics laced with a good beat. Infectious combination. There are some slow songs and fast songs - nice mix. Whether your of the older persuasion and like the words to be totally christian or "GET OFF THE AIR!!!"; or of the younger generation who just needs some rock-type noise to dance to, Krystal Myers is your girl.

There has been stacks of female rockers lately but Krystal is not your run of the mill popstar. Its hard to believe that Krystal was only 17 when she recorded this album and that this is her first album as it shows a depth and quality you'd expect from much older and more experienced artists. She co-wrote on every song except Sing for me which she wrote by herself. I was really struck by the honesty that comes through in the lyrics. The album kicks of with the catchy first single The way to begin. My favourite songs from the album include Fall to pieces and Sing for me but it really is hard to choose as this album is of such high quality. If you have any interest in pop or rock music you definitely should give this album a listen.

VJ Cole on TVU Music Television interviewed Krystal Meyers on TMW and talked about the new album. From her description, it sounded totally amazing. That is true, this CD totally rocks! Tracks like "Collide", "The Situation", and "Love Is On The Run" shows a little more rock edge to it while "Beauty Of Grace" is alot more melodic and pleasant. I suggest picking this album up, her debut was nice, but this takes the cake!

first off... this album is very different from the previous ones, it´s not about rock or punk... it´s about 80´s style dance music. Well, to be honest, I miss the rock/punk/pop style of her previous albums, but however, this other kind of music is nice. Good beats and lyrics.
