This version of the bible makes it easier to understand. But this is not my favorite version of the bible.

I've had my Message Remix Bible since Christmas 2003, I have been reading it ever since. I try not to let a day go by where I haven't studied GOD's Word. B/c if we draw near to Him (GOD) He'll draw near to us. And one of the ways that we can do that is by reading His word. I love how the Remix of the Message has added verse numbers, it's made it all the more better! And when you open it up, it doesn't even look like a Bible, more like a book. I can't tell you how many of my Teen friends have wanted to take it home with them, but I have made it my very own by gently highlighting the verses that God points out to me. With the Message Remix, I don't have to worry about all the "thous, ye, yea, thout..." I can just read God's word and not have to figure out what God is TRYING to say to me. It has strengthened my relationship with God, and I have become a stronger Christian b/c of reading it. If there was one Bible that I would recomend, not only to Teens, but to Kids and Adults too...It would, hands down be the Message Remix.
