INCREDIBLE IDEAS January 16, 2007
Reviewer: Micah from Pleasant Valley, NY

This cd was very well thought out. DCB put some awesome effects on these tracks. I played it for our Youth Dance team and ideas and new moves jumped all over the place. Even my mom (who is 58) enjoyed it, though I do not recommend it to older adults cause they may not appreciate the modern feel and techno effect on the cd. I suggest bumping this cd in your car with all windows down, I did and definetely turned some heads, and even got some people bobbing their heads at the gas station, lol! Praise Him!

good try. October 23, 2006

I understand what DCB wanted with this release, but it can be so monotonous at times. The only reason I recommend this is for How Great... which is on this CD, and is one of the best Crowder songs ever released.

Great CD November 12, 2005
                       Reviewer: Anonymous from CA

I LOVED this CD. I bought Illuminate first, then after a while I bought Sunsets & Sushi. What a pleasant surprise it was to hear all the songs remixed! This is an awesome CD to dance & worship God with!

SUNSETS&SUSHI EXCELLENT BEATS March 17, 2005
Reviewer: Gabriel from Maple Valley, WA

Wow, i was amazed at how David Crowder added in the new and fresh beats that allow an added affect wowness to the songs. I would recommend this cd to all my friends!

Funn!:) March 15, 2005
                       Reviewer: Justin Kirkendall from Silsbee

this CD is one of the coolest sounding i have ever heard! Really!! i mean the techno grooves that is got going on is awesome plus with one song sounding like the beginning of Ashanti's Only U it's pretty tight DCB got it going on! The lyrics and the music match up beautifully

Great attempt, but not quite March 1, 2005
                       Reviewer: Tucker from USA

Sunsets and Sushi is a great attempt by the David Crowder Band to create a cd with several of their songs remixed on it, but it doesn't quite hit the mark. I thought that No one like You was really good at the beginning of the album, but I was progressively stunned by the rest of the song's beats, especially O Praise Him. I think David Crowder is a great artist, but this cd could still use some improving.

Great cover February 5, 2005
                       Reviewer: Anonymous from SF, California

I really love the C.D. Cover of David Crowder Band's's new remix album. It is clean, simple, very well designed, and reflects the style of their previous albums (lime, illuminate) in terms of photography, color, and simplicity. There is no doubt that this album will certainly follow in their awesome talent of music, given that the album series is looking very rad visually. I hope everyone gets this C.D. and adds it to their growing David Crowder Band music collection!

Awesome February 4, 2005
