Something only an eternal love can offer. It is a love she encounters at last?one that promises to fill her passionate heart completely and that calls forth her utmost in return. Customer Reviews Average Customer Rating: ![]() Reviewer: Ronda from Columbia, MO This book reminded me of a female version of Job. the main character, Elisabeth (affectionately referred to as Elspeth by her adoring husband), faces so many trials, and her faith stays strong. It is unbelievable the things she goes through. It seems like all is falling around her, and she remains in touch with God. This book spans many years, from Elisabeth's childhood until late in life, and draws on many life experiences that many of us face and can relate to. The ending is so sweet and wraps up the story nicely. Definitely not disappointing, I highly recommend this book. Show all 1 reviews |
