The workbook is a must-have tool to reinforce the reading. A journal section in the workbook would be helpful.  Life Changing October 13, 2004Reviewer: from Texas "A double-minded man is unstable in all his ways." We have to have our minds stayed on Christ and this book is the instruction manual. We used it for our women's Bible study class over the summer and all who took part have testified of the change it has made in their lives. I strongly suggest this book to anyone who is tired of living a defeated life and wants to begin living one in which you walk in joy and peace despite your circumstances b/c your mind is stayed on Him.
