I’m just waiting for the day when a Christian band debuts with a sound remotely similar to Jesus Freak. The musicianship of the Jesus Freak band, the way the songs are arranged, the combined vocal talents and lyricship of the Toby, Kevin, and Michael; everything is perfectly weaved and leaves no traces of any holes. If you don’t own this album, why are you still sitting there reading this review, get your hands on one of Christian music’s most defining moments.

Jesus Freaks definetely explains what a real one is. My favorite song in that cd is Like It, Love It, Need It. This was my very first dc Talk cd, and I love it! Great for those who are looking for a dc Talk cd and a really good one too.

This is the album that made Dc Talk a legend. The rock style of the album is very cool. The song Jesus Freak is maybe the most recognized song from Dc Talk. These songs are classics of christian music!!!.

A lot of CDs and bands are hyped up a lot, but few actually live up to the hype. This one does.
I strongly recommend this CD. You can listen to it over and over again and never get tired of it.
DC Talk is truly a talented group.

This is a great CD. It was my first exposure to Chirstian music and one of my very first Christian CDs. It made me want to do my best to live for Jesus, with "Jesus Freak" really making me thing, do I care what other say about me. And "What If I Stumble" address my flaws. This is is a must have

WOW. This is an AMAZING CD. It's songs, ESPECIALLY Jesus Freak, are so intense and raw in their truth and teens are just captivated by the music... so much has been inspired by this CD and its tracks... I can't even begin to express to you the wonders of this CD. It is powerful, captivating, touching, moving, I could go on with the list...
This is a GREAT gift choice for Christian teens ages 12-24!

This is just not just DC Talk's best album, it's the best album ever. I must have listened to this album over 60 times (no joking). It's well put together, and extremely awsome.

This CD and Supernatural are the two best Christian CD's I've ever listened to. I went through a big conversion experience in '98 and this is the album that I listened to after I dropped my secular rock (it just seemed too evil during that time)! I've been looking for something as good in Christian music ever since and never really found anything that compares, except Switchfoot, maybe. I mean, I liked DC Talk and Switchfoot because they were just good straight up rock musicians but with the "Truth". That's all I want, I don't want that bubblegum Michael W Smith clone crap, it makes me wanna puke. CS Lewis once mentioned that he didn't think we needed more art about Christ we need more people with artistic talent that had the Truth. What you get in Christian music alot of times is alot of emotion but little talent. It was refreshing to see talented bands like DC Talk and Switchfoot spread the Truth.
