Not only are Emery recapturing the definitive meaning of the "EMO"genre by abounding deep emotion between their intense variance in dynamics and layered vocal beauty, but their feelings are backed by passionate beliefs in love, faith, and hope, making their emotions not only compelling, but full of genuine sentiment as well.
The songs on The Weaks End, carrying a perfect blend of all the depth of hardcore stylings layered with delicate melodies and often times fragile vocal overtones, are not only beautifully done but also meaningful.

great emo March 5, 2006 Reviewer: Anonymous from Xela
Emery is delivering in this album a great example of what emo is about. The voice of the lead singer is great, as well as the songs.
My favorites are: "Walls" and "By all accounts"
Wonderful January 31, 2006 Reviewer: Anonymous from Ohio
Walls is an amazing song. Powerful screaming, it comes from the heart. Every song is well put together. No major flaws
I love it! July 23, 2005 Reviewer: Lyanne from New Jersey
This cd is so flipping awesome. The screamo just takes you away...from the moment I got this cd, and popped it in my cd player, the first song came on and I was just like, "Woahhhhh.......this cd is sick." ^_^ So if you like amazing lyrics, magnificent vocals, and great messages along with screamo that blows you away, this cd is for you! ...I also recommend The Question. A cd by Emery which will be released August 2nd.
Emery Rocks the House July 16, 2005 Reviewer: Matthew from The LP
If you are looking for a kickin rap CD, then keep looking, because this CD is rockin. The vocals in this CD are so emotional that it gives you chills down your spine. When the songs start, you are blown away by the pure rock, but then by the bridge, you really feel what the band is writing about. If you like bands like Subseven or Anberlin you will really like this band.
Emery- Redifining Emo, one song at a time. March 13, 2005 Reviewer: Dylan from Everett
Simplt put, Emery is THE best band I have heard in a long time. They fill their melodys with actual emotions, form anger, to sadness, to revenge. With tandem lead singers (one plays the synth), and their tandem screaming, this is a heart-stirring album. Also, the lyrics also have meaning, not just a jumble of emotional words like "passion," and "love" mixed together with a few verbs, nouns, and adjectives.
Awesome Album November 27, 2004 Reviewer: James from
Emery is one of the best bands out there. With powerful lyrics and great melodies you can't miss with this CD.
Screamy! September 26, 2004 Reviewer: Anonymous from Malta
A good cd! Their lyrics and music just fascinate me. The singer's voice and screams are awesome. And the music flows along fine with everything else. Awesome stuff from Emery! An awesome album that i've already bought for 2 of my friends! hehe!
EMO=Emery September 17, 2004 Reviewer: from Mississippi
Wow this is EMO at its best, Emery is awesome. Everysong is passionate and moving. The whole cd is worth it, song number ten "Secret," is pure EMO, I love it. This cd is wonderful, you need it....now!
I really do August 16, 2004 Reviewer: Anonymous from PA
Be forewarned . . . every song on this album, except for "the note from which a chord is built," contains some amount of screaming. Personally, I do not enjoy screamo music . . . so why 4 stars? Because this is some of the best emo I've heard and own. The screaming becomes easier to overlook when there are such great songs like "Ponytail Parade" and "Secret." On the plus side, Emery does use their screaming very powerfully in a few instances, most notably in "as your voice fades." The end of the song gave me slight shivers. The lead singer's voice is quite powerful when let loose, and quite haunting at other times. Great emo, ignore the screaming if it's not your cup of tea.
