Grunge Rock baby!! November 17, 2005
                       Reviewer: Josh from Minnesota

Last year my favorite band was nirvana. I soon stopped listening to them though because my parents didnt want me listening to them. But they introduced me to the most amazing style of music...Grunge. Since then I had been looking for a christian rock band that was pure grunge rock. I didnt want a band that was like "pretty good for a christian band," i wanted to find a band that had an awesome grunge rock sound and happened to be christian as well. Well...then I stumbled apon the self-titled Jonah33 cd. I received it in the mail and then popped it into the cd player. Then the first track entitled "Watching You Die" came blasting out of the speakers. As soon as the first chorus had ended...my jaw had dropped to the floor. I was stunned, amazed, excited. I went to track 2...even more amazed. I eventually listened to the whole cd and I was so happy that I had finally, after all this time, found and amazingly awesome grunge rock band that was CHRISTIAN!!!! MY PRAYERS HAVE BEEN ANSWERED!!!! So yeah, this is the most amazing cd i own so far. So go and buy it for yourself!

This group's first CD is awesome! From reading some articles about how this group formed makes me like them all the more. Very powerful and meaningful songs. "Faith Like That" is moving and "Watching You Die" really hits your heart hard.

"Too Much of Me" June 25, 2005
                       Reviewer: Anonymous from Houston, TX

This has to be one of the best CDs I've purchased in quite a while. The lyrics are hard hitting and heart hitting. The testimony of this band is a heart for Christ. From their ballads to their hard driving songs, each song openly shares Christ with no hidden messages.

Jonah 33, Not Running From God April 28, 2005
                       Reviewer: Steven from Sherman, Texas

You remember those songs that gave you warm fuzzy feelings when you were a kid riding down the road with your parents and listening to the radio. Working Mans Hands gives me that great feeling of comfort. Then you also get the great sounds of Seattle rock, since the lead singer is from Seattle and saw a lot of the Seattle groups before they got famous. You will enjoy this c.d. from beginning to end.

SWEET!! April 27, 2005
                       Reviewer: from Leesburg, GA

This is an amazing cd! If you're looking for some good worship, ROCK style, then this is the cd for you; if you're just looking for some good, positive, Christian rock, then again this is the cd for you. My favorite songs on the cd are "Beautiful" and "Working Man Hands," both of which are wonderful songs. The cd contains a mix of original songs of worship, praise, inspiration, and cries to God.

This band is IT!!! Our christian station in south Florida doesn't play heavy music so this is a CD MUST-HAVE!!! Watch this band! They are going to be big! They are going to be an instrument of God's word to MAAAAAAAAAAAANY!!! Keep up the good work guys!

Yawns ahead! December 6, 2004
                       Reviewer: Andrew from Ohio

Jonah33 really doesn't offer anything new or unique to the rock music scene. I was sadly disappointed when I listened to the CD all the way through. The really only stand out songs are "Watching You Die", "All For You", and "Faith Like That". The other ones are very laughable. The song "All That Matters" lacks good, upstanding lyrics and should have been left off of the album. I mean, Avril Lavigne could write a chorus like "Everything I have is trash compared to knowing who You are." Though that is a true statement I wish they would have gotten their thesauruses out when writing this song (or any of the other songs on this album) They released a mediocre album, but it's just the same old cookie cut-out rock. The music tried hard to sound emo and fell flat on its face. This CD came off sounding more pop than rock. I don't know what this band would have done without John and Korey Cooper. I shudder to think of what this album would have sounded like.

I just purchased this cd after listening to the samples. I can't wait to get it in the mail. I know it is a cd that has been out for a little while; I have just been getting into christian rock and this is the sound I'm looking for. Jonah33 rocks !!!!!!

Great CD October 17, 2004
                       Reviewer: John from North Augusta,SC

Joanh33 did not release the most original CD on the market, but they did still release a great CD. The style is in the vein of Creed with the singer having a very gritty, coarse sounding voice. They stick with some pretty driving rock with very positive lyrics throughout the entire CD. They do break it down and throw a couple of ballads into the mix, but overall this is a rock CD. The best song on the album would defintely be 'Faith Like That' because of the emotion packed behind, but again, the entire CD is very good.

BEST CD EVER October 5, 2004
                       Reviewer: Bryce from Washington, DC

This is the best CD around I had the prevlige of meeting these guys in person and they are some cool cats. I like the way the hooked up with John Cooper of Skillet on some of the songs on the cd. They have a diffenitive style all their own with that i'll let you make the judgin call God bless
