If you are not a big fan of Matthew West, then this CD will not make you like him any more. There are one or two songs that are fine, but overall, this album is pretty whimpy

Wow- Matthew West is an amazing Christian vocalist, and this CD is an ample reflection of his talent and fervor to serve the Lord! "Only Grace" is one of my favorite songs! Though it is a simple message, it penetrates right to the heart and is an true explanation that all we need to be saved is "Only Grace." "Next Thing You Know" is an added bonus to this already amazing album by Matthew West!

This is a great album, I love the song history! Matthew west is a great song writer and his songs have so much meaining, and depth. Plus great sound and words! History is definately his best album. Everyone should totaly buy it!

I became a big fan of Matthew West the first time I heard his song "More" on the radio, and an even bigger fan when I saw him in concert that year. I am now a member of his street team, and was absolutely ecstatic when I heard he had a new album coming out. History is an awesome CD, and not only is the music cool but the lyrics also challenge you and where you stand with God. Definitely an album that all should add to their collection.

I got the chance to see Matthew West play at my church. His music is great live and so is this CD. Full of praise songs that allow you to draw closer to God and some songs that really pack a punch! Love it!

I have to say that this album should not be labeled as the sophomore jinx! The songs really speak to the heart and challenge your faith. And it evens helps you understand how important it is to leave your past behind you. Matthew even shows us that "Grace" and mercy are enough. My favorite songs on the album are HISTORY, ONLY GRACE, THE DAY BEFORE YOU, and THE LAST ONES. Great album!
