Product Description One of Christian music’s top-selling rock bands, GRAMMY®-nominated Skillet returns with its latest recording capturing the raw energy and multi-textured sonic landscape for which they have become known. A mixture of dissonant chords, anthemic builds and memorable vocal interpretation combine to form a progressive, yet classic rock-influenced sound that’s all their own. Skillet’s straightforward message and innovative sound has garnered the band seven #1 songs and an avid fan base. Experience pounding, classically influenced rock with a progressive edge, colored by dissonant chords, and gutsy vocals on the latest release from Skillet, best known for hits including “Savior.” Relevant, innovative and unforgettable, Skillet continues its tradition of a straightforward, in-your-face gospel message of hope. |

Customer Reviews Average Customer Rating: ![]() Reviewer: Jason from Indiana Overall this CD is pleasing to listen to and has quite a few catchy songs. If you liked their last CD Comatose then you will most likely like this one as well as it is very similar in style. However, I miss the edgier side of skillet. This CD seems to be almost more tame than Comatose. Reviewer: Anonymous from CA this was way better than their past cds. jen ledger their new drummer sings in some of the songs and she has just a great voice. she blends with john way better than korey ever did!!!! a great CD!!!!!!! i love their song "lucy." Reviewer: Jody from end This is a great CD - Monster, Hero, One Day Too Late are awesome. I am even hearing them on secular channels. It is great when Christian bands can reach beyond Christian music! Reviewer: Anonymous from Elk This is a great CD. They did such an Awesome job putting this one together. It has up beat music with an awesome message. If you love Skillet you will love this CD. Show all 4 reviews |
