Good bible, bad bindings ( ) by Corey in
I bought this bible in January 2008 for a Church Bible program where I was using it a few hours a day, every day for a few months. The bible was never outside of the box, unless it was being used, the whole time I have owned this bible. Even with breaking it in, and the tedious care I have taken of this bible, already the binding is completely broken off in the back and coming off in the front Back in between the maps, front around Gen 4 and will probally be broken completely off the binding before 2009 at the rate it is going.
Other than the binding, the bible is laid out clearly, with good information about each of the books. However I do not agree with much of the study notes in the bible others may though. On the positive side the cross references are great and there are plenty of them.
One thing I would definitely improve upon with this bible is to have a better binding system and make the margins wider for notes.
