Emerson Eggerichs' mutual excitement and burden about male and female relationships moved him to launch the Love and Respect Conferences in 1999. He was the senior pastor of East Lansing's thriving Trinity Church before devoting himself full-time to building healthy marriages. Dr. Eggerichs has a M.A. in Communications from Wheaton College, a Master's of Divinity from Dubuque Seminary and a Ph.D. in Child and Family Ecology from Michigan State University. He and his wife, Sarah, live in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and have three adult children. He is the president of Love and Respect Ministries.

This is the best book I ever read on marriage. Dr. Eggerichs puts the what the bible says we must do into human terms. It will make you laugh and make you realize what GOD says a marriage needs to work. Love your wife and Repect your husband, the key ingredients to a loving marriage.
