This book is a must. This book I will always have on my shelf. Coming from a dysfunctional, non-spiritual background, this book was essential for me to read to understand how to truly help others, especially if they are dysfunctional. It helped me understand the line between selfishness and simple boundaries. You can have boundaries in respecting yourself and clear lines for how others can respect you, without being deemed "selfish". Amazing book, highly recommended.
