This series is an wonderful treasure. Although it is set in a different time period, I was able to relate to the characters, and the joy and the pains that they are going through. Jannette Oke is an amazing author. She really knows how to capture and hold a readers attention. I could not set the books down.If any one is looking to strengthen their relationships with their families and God, then read these books.
