Jeff Deyo ( ) by Anonymous in
Ex-lead singer of SONICFLOOd and if you are a worship fan you know that that is what SONICFLOOd is all about. So what does that make Jeff Deyo? AWESOME! And so is his CD.

AWESOME CD ( ) by Donnie in Kansas
This is just a classic ....
I just love this album. Growing up during the 80's hair bands and listen to that stuff, I am always on the look out for that style of music that trancends over into praise and worship.. This ALBUM DOES THAT.
This album has some great guest singers on track, Artist such as Rita Springer, Mac Powell of Third Day and Natalie Grant.
The Tracks:
1) Opening Prayer
2) Ray of Light: Great upbeat song that has a stong steady groove through out the song. Has a "Cher - I Believe" computerized moment later in the song.
3) Bless the Lord: Great song that moves the Spirit of God in you. The way the song leads up to the victory and life we have in Jesus is just awesome..
4) As I Life You Up: Kinda of a different direct on this song, still a great powerful song, just a little hard to get a grasp on. Great lyrics and it will have you singing.
5) I Fear You: At first on just played right over this song, but over time and listening to the album, it really grew on me. With the lyrics of I fear you my God, My King.. I fear you with my Soul and my Heart and My Life. Great way to look at our God thru human eyes.
6) Interlude
7) We come to your throne with weeping: Talk about the right guest singer for a song, Mac Powell does this song just right. With his graspy down home vocals added to this song, you can just feel the heart felt cry of him as you are added into the throne room.
8) I Love You: Slowed down pace with this one. The guitars are haunting and mystical. Just really sets the tone for the song.
9) Sacrifice of Praise: This song was on of my favorites right off the bat. I just loved how the lyrics say what I have always wanted to say to my Father God. The music just flows in and out and with the lyrics, there has been times while driving in my car I have just stopped and felt he presence of God sitting right there beside me. Wonderful song to cast out any depression or bad days that we all seem to have.
10) Take Me to You: Jeff does an excellent job on the vocals of this song, along with the strings that weave thru out the song. Just cannot but help sing along with him.
11) Your Name Is Holy, Holy: Another song that I just loved first time I heard it. With the guitar intro. that just leaves you on the edge of your seat to see where this song is leading. Once again just wonderful lyrics.
12) Keep My Heart: Great love song to God or just your loved one. Kinda of the odd one on the album.
13) Show the Wonder: Areana rock at it's best. While listening to this song, could not but help seeing in my mind's eye a whole areana singing out this tune.
14) I am yours forever: Wonderful song about our human Savior that came for us. This song just places everything into perspective.
15) These Hands: This song is the only live song on the album. Pretty good song, just would like to hear it placed down in a studio one day. Seems to really have a lot of potential.
Well, there is my rough overview of the album..
God Bless

Jeff Deyo just brings light into my room whenever I play one of his CD's. He is an awesome artist, with a message in every song that he sings.
One of the best worship albums out there ( ) by Nigel in UK
If you like worship with a rock edge you'll love this. If you like (the old) Sonic Flood you'll love this.
Jeff's heart comes across so clearly on every track. Great modern take on "More Love, More Power". Probably my favourite has to be "You Are Good" - spine-tinglingly good.
Top quality HDCD production to boot.
