Hello, This is no Mannequin ( ) by Anonymous in Indiana
I have always been a fan of Joy Electric and electronic music in general. So, for me, I have enjoyed JE's new cd. Most people, esp. those who really don't dig JE's electronic style and Martin's voice, will likely be turned off. Also, Ronnie's lyrics are not as clear as one may want, his songwriting reminds me of his brother who fronts Starflyer 59, another genius band, but remains some of the best stuff in the JE catalog. Don't get me wrong, Mannequin is far from his best work but nevertheless, it is a great cd for those who love electronic music.
good music ( ) by Anonymous in Xela
This is the most percussive album in Joy Electric history, so it is more experimental, and that´s why its sound its different, but is still good, is still JOYfull
Ultimate JOYE CD!!!!!!!!! ( ) by James in Midwest City, Ok
This is an awesome collection of the best of Joy Electric. It contains songs from their first ten years. Also includes some new songs showing how Ronnie Martins music has changed and where it is going. Must have for anyone the best of synth pop.
