One of the best worship cd ( ) by David in OKC
I got this debut album from Sonicflood, for my 10th birthday I believe, or it might have been 11, but either way it's been 4 years or so. Although it's old, these songs are still real big, and the cool thing about Sonicflood is it's more of a band sounding thing, not just piano and stuff, but bass guitar and stuff. If you are looking for some great worship music, look no further!
Top-notch Worship ( ) by Anonymous in PA
This is my absolute favorite among worship albums. Unlike so many other worship albums, Sonicflood doesn't merely cater to emotional highs in their songs, instead putting true worship into their words, into their music. "Carried Away," an unknown to me prior to this album, is a truly inspirational song, as is "I Could Sing of Your Love Forever." If you’re a fan of Christian rock, buy this album. A fan of worship music? Yup . . . buy it, you won't regret it.
2 Albums One Great Price ( ) by jason in KY
If you like SONICFLood.. then this is the album for you.. A two disc set that contains both of the albums. That is awesome.. I can't wait to get my copy.. especially at this price
New Album ( ) by jason in KY
This album will definitely be as good as the previous albums SONICFLood has released. I am looking forward to hearing it when my copy arrives.
Rockin ( ) by Glenn in Okinawa, Japan
This is a great album of modern worship. In addition to regular youth group / church favourites like "I Could Sing Of Your Love Forever", "Open The Eyes Of My Heart" and "The Heart Of Worship", there are some great original worship songs as well ("Carried Away", "I Need You"). Definitely a CD to check out.
Jeff Deyo Is ANNOINTED ( ) by Sara in Tennessee
This album is probably the most worshipful album ever. All the songs really draw you to God, and the guys talk, pray, and read scripture between songs. "I Could Love You Forever", "I Want to Know You", and "The Heart of Worship" are a few of my favorites. I definitely reccommend this album to anyone who wants to worship.
Reminder of how good Sonic Flood were ( ) by Nigel in UK
Both of the first 2 Sonic Flood albums with Jeff Deyo as the singer. Brilliant worship that paved the way for a lot that came afterwards.
Even if you have both these albums and both Jeff Deyo's albums it's worth getting this as there are 4 tracks not heard before. The studio version of "These Hands" is particularly good.
Worship Pioneers ( ) by Nigel in UK
These guys really popularised comtemporary worship with a rock edge. This CD definitely stands the test of time - classic tracks, and a real sense that the members are worshipping first and foremost.
Superb worship atmosphere ( ) by Nigel in UK
Wow, this CD blew me away the first time I heard it, still love it today. Such a heart of worship shines through and the added sparkle and fire that the live setting brings, adds a lot to the songs that appeared on their studio debut.
Check out the hymn "Before The Throne Of God Above" - awesome!
Praise the Lord! ( ) by Peter in
This is the single-best worship album out there that I have ever heard, hands down. Jeff Deyo's powerful vocals make this album shine. Also, big, heavy guitar solos really punch out. The track Spontaneous Worship still gives me chills when Deyo leads a literal cry out to God. I got this album about in 2001, and still listen to it frequently.
